Hit and Run "Attended" in Washington State (RCW 46.52.020)
This is a crime that involves hitting a vehicle where there is either a driver or an occupant who is not injured and then leaving the scene. If you are a driver who is involved in an accident with an occupied vehicle, you must stop and provide your name, address, insurance company, insurance policy number, vehicle license number, and driver's license. If you leave the scene without providing this information and are later found, a charge of Hit and Run "Attended" will almost certainly be filed. The State has 2 years from the date of the incident to file charges.
The state must prove that you were aware of the accident. It is not necessary that you know or were aware that the other vehicle was occupied, even though this fact is what elevates the charge from a misdemeanor to a gross misdemeanor. If convicted of this section, your license will be revoked for a period of at least one year.

Lanny R. - Kirkland, WA Jeannie P. Mucklestone is fantastic! She had 2 tickets that my son received - 1 for speeding; 1 for an illegal turn on red - successfully dismissed! We simply gave her the info she needed, paid her fee and she did the rest! Two days after each court date we received a letter from her informing us that the ticket was dismissed. Got a ticket? Call Jeannie!!!
Gracian C. - Gig Harbor, WA Jeannie Mucklestone is incredible! I personally am on thin ice with my employer as far as citations go and got incredible service from Jeannie. Her response time was awesome especially on a weekend!!! I am so thankful... I WOULD RECOMMEND HER FOR ANYONE DEALING WITH DRIVING VIOLATIONS!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
D'Arcy S. - Mercer Island, WA Have used Jeannie twice for traffic infractions. Great representation and excellent outcomes both times. It was easy to engage her services, she did a good job explaining the process and setting my expectations, and she provided timely communication. You get what you pay for and I've paid for it twice. When I next need the services of a traffic lawyer, I'll be hiring Ms. Mucklestone again. Read her reviews here and on http://Avvo.com. Everyone I know recommends Jeannie, which is how I found her in the first place.
Mark W. - North Bend, WA It's rare to get what you paid for these days but Jeannie delivers! Her flat rate is exactly that, no hidden costs. She answered all my questions quickly. She got my ticket dismissed and I didn't even have to go to court or even do anything! If you need help with a traffic ticket, I highly recommend her services!
Jeannie - Words are hard to find for the appreciation that I feel; so let me just say THANK YOU! You are already aware from your testimonials that you help a lot of people out. Not only did you save my insurance rates from not going up for many years, but you saved my CDL. I do believe that some people are unaware that their actions in their personal car can effect their CDL. The highest praise that one can receive is from another person in their same field, and it was another attorney that recommended you. You are the one who kept me from having a break in my CDL; so I could keep driving professionally part time [and yes I did look up the consequences if this case had not been dismissed]. It was just wonderful to hear from people that I work with now & at my previous job how you WON their cases too. As you know, my driving record has been clean for many decades, and you have kept it that way. Your immediate response after the hearing was a great relief! Your whole staff is fantastic too! Thanks Gary
Dan G. - Seattle, WA Uhhhhh folks, this is as good as it gets. Instant call back (others weren't so fast), fill out some details on a website, and bang: everything is handled. It's so efficient it's scary. I wrote her afterwards just asking for a few hints about how she did it. Seriously, I called her TWO DAYS before my [rescheduled] hearing, and she managed to get the job done with a dismissal -- and instructing me not to attend the hearing. Polite, courteous, extremely efficient, responsive, fantastic and prompt communication, and, best of all, results. Hire her again? In a heartbeat.
