If you are a driver who is involved in an accident with an occupied vehicle, you must stop and provide your name, address, insurance company, insurance policy number, vehicle license number, and driver's license. If you leave the scene without providing this information and are later found, a charge of Hit and Run "Attended" will almost certainly be filed. R C. - Seattle, WA Jeannie just worked her courtroom magic and my ticket was dismissed. This is the second time that Jeannie has obtained a dismissal for me for a traffic ticket. BTW-I was tracking my recent hearing on the Seattle Municipal website. Jeannie appeared for six people on the day of my hearing. Five of the cases were DISMISSED and one case continued until later in the year. Pretty great track record!

"Hiring Jeannie was the first time I ever felt good about hiring an attorney. Extremely efficient!" ~ Client
Amanda M. - Bellevue, WA Jeannie Mucklestone is more then an excellent attorney - she is the BEST traffic attorney in our state. She understands the law and has her client's best interest. I hate to think what my family's insurance rates would look like without Jeannie. Jeannie used her knowledge of the law and the process to represent us - and the tickets are not reflected on our driving record. I keep Jeannie's business cards in my wallet, my glove compartment and always have a few extra to pass on to friends and family. The back of her cards give useful information of "what to do" if you are pulled over. Protect your rights. Don't become a victim of the system. And drive carefully!
Ben M. - Seattle, WA Seriously, if you receive a traffic violation and you don't want it on your record, GET JEANNIE! She is 2 for 2 with me, the first time after paying her fee, I was given a $50 fine w/ no evidence on my record. the second time her team worked flawlessly under limited time to get the case dropped completely! Both times were effortless on my part besides a few emails and a couple of phone calls.
