If you are a driver who is involved in an accident with an occupied vehicle, you must stop and provide your name, address, insurance company, insurance policy number, vehicle license number, and driver's license. If you leave the scene without providing this information and are later found, a charge of Hit and Run "Attended" will almost certainly be filed. Andrew T. - Seattle, WA Sometimes we make bad choices, as in my Case. With the amount of alcohol in my system I clearly should not have been driving at the time I was pulled over. I am an adult, I admit my faults. If you are unfortunate enough to make the same mistake I made, the best decision you can make is to hire Jeannie P Mucklestone ASAP. I was informed along the way exactly what to expect. After several court appearances my case was eventually dropped to a Reckless Driving offense, partly, I'm sure because it was a first offense and I have no record of anything, but mostly because of the firms relationships with the Courts. She and her staff have an excellent reputation and I believe it helps when confronting a Judge. I do not expect to repeat my bad choice. But I would highly recommend her if you find yourself in my position, and I would not hesitate to use her for any further traffic infraction
Scott L. - Seattle, WA Jeannie Mucklestone is absolutely the best at what she does. She has represented me for a number of infractions and each and every time the outcome was in my favor... It's far less expensive to hire her for a traffic ticket than try and fight it myself, lose, pay a fine and then on top of that pay higher insurance premiums for years to come!
I am so grateful for what you did for me, and just need to say that you are more than a great attorney; you're an exceptional person who cares Joe
John M. - Seattle, WA Outstanding. Highest possible recommendation. Jeannie Mucklestone took care of my speeding ticket efficiently and with a great outcome: dismissed.
David R. - Kirkland, WA We highly recommend Jeannie without reservation. Quick, professional, concise, stress-free yet affordable. She is batting 1000 for our family with four speeding tickets plus another more complicated infraction. Absolutely worth choosing Jeannie vs paying the ticket and living with the insurance impact for years. Go to her website and follow the instructions. would definitely hire Jeannie again if I had a problem with a traffic ticket in Washington State!
Jeannie: I just wanted to thank you for handling my case on such short notice and for achieving a very favorable outcome. Your reputation preceded you via word-of-mouth from several of my friends, and I can say now from experience that your reputation is well-deserved. Thanks again, -Kevin
