Hit and Run "Attended" in Washington State (RCW 46.52.020)
This is a crime that involves hitting a vehicle where there is either a driver or an occupant who is not injured and then leaving the scene. If you are a driver who is involved in an accident with an occupied vehicle, you must stop and provide your name, address, insurance company, insurance policy number, vehicle license number, and driver's license. If you leave the scene without providing this information and are later found, a charge of Hit and Run "Attended" will almost certainly be filed. The State has 2 years from the date of the incident to file charges.
The state must prove that you were aware of the accident. It is not necessary that you know or were aware that the other vehicle was occupied, even though this fact is what elevates the charge from a misdemeanor to a gross misdemeanor. If convicted of this section, your license will be revoked for a period of at least one year.

Micheal A. - Seattle, WA Jeannie has helped me and my family out of many traffic infractions over a 10 year period. She is simply the best.
Steve D. - Fall City Jeannie Mucklestone is nothing short of a miracle worker. She and her office took care of everything clearing 2 15+ speeding tickets in two different jouristictions. Both without me present and both dismissed by state. Saved my CDL. Highly reccomend her.
Jeannie is awesome! Because of her, my driving record is clean and I enjoy the best insurance rates. I have used her services many times, and she has had all of my citations dismissed. 100%!!! I have also referred several other people to her as well, and they have all reported the same success rate. Jeff G.
Jeannie: I just wanted to thank you for handling my case on such short notice and for achieving a very favorable outcome. Your reputation preceded you via word-of-mouth from several of my friends, and I can say now from experience that your reputation is well-deserved. Thanks again, -Kevin
R C. - Seattle, WA Jeannie just worked her courtroom magic and my ticket was dismissed. This is the second time that Jeannie has obtained a dismissal for me for a traffic ticket. BTW-I was tracking my recent hearing on the Seattle Municipal website. Jeannie appeared for six people on the day of my hearing. Five of the cases were DISMISSED and one case continued until later in the year. Pretty great track record!
Andrew B. - Bellevue, WA I am close friends with a DA in Issaquah, after getting a ticket that would affect a prior deferment and my insurance rates I decided to ask for legal help. After talking to my friend who works as a DA she said that by far the best lawyer to represent me for traffic in the area is Jeannie P Mucklestone. Later that week I contacted her and told her staff the story and they thought it was ironic because my friend, the DA, has often times been on the opposite side of the court room from Ms. Mucklestone and although they are not friends outside the courtroom they have earned a lot of respect for each other. Well Jeanie Mucklestone's staff were prompt and efficient and I got out of the ticket no problem and was very pleased at their ability to effectively and efficiently handle my situation.
