Hit and Run "Attended" in Washington State (RCW 46.52.020)
This is a crime that involves hitting a vehicle where there is either a driver or an occupant who is not injured and then leaving the scene. If you are a driver who is involved in an accident with an occupied vehicle, you must stop and provide your name, address, insurance company, insurance policy number, vehicle license number, and driver's license. If you leave the scene without providing this information and are later found, a charge of Hit and Run "Attended" will almost certainly be filed. The State has 2 years from the date of the incident to file charges.
The state must prove that you were aware of the accident. If convicted of this section, your license will be revoked for a period of at least one year.

John Carlson KVI Talk Radio "Defending and winning traffic tickets"
John M. - Seattle, WA Outstanding. Highest possible recommendation. Jeannie Mucklestone took care of my speeding ticket efficiently and with a great outcome: dismissed.
David N. - Seattle, WA Jeannie and her crew deliver - i've had her and her staff defend a number of tickets for me - and they work their magic every time. totally worth the money versus paying the ticket, suffering the insurance company bump in your premiums. she came highly recommended and i now know why. she even defended me in Lewis county - minding my own business, excited to be going skiing at white pass for a change - nailed by the trooper trap on the way up. what a scam. kinda like a red light camera only different. just raising money on the backs of the population one way or another. be careful if you go up there... i probably won't again. thanks to washington's finest. maybe they just want less of us up there. seems kinda silly to chase potential "tourist" revenue away with nonsense like that. anyhow - jeannie rocks. hire her.
Amanda M. - Bellevue, WA Jeannie Mucklestone is more then an excellent attorney - she is the BEST traffic attorney in our state. She understands the law and has her client's best interest. I hate to think what my family's insurance rates would look like without Jeannie. Jeannie used her knowledge of the law and the process to represent us - and the tickets are not reflected on our driving record. I keep Jeannie's business cards in my wallet, my glove compartment and always have a few extra to pass on to friends and family. The back of her cards give useful information of "what to do" if you are pulled over. Protect your rights. Don't become a victim of the system. And drive carefully!
Doug M. - Seattle, WA Case Dismissed! I met Jeannie literally five minutes before my Contested Hearing after overhearing her converse with the Prosecution. I approached her to inquire about her fee and my case. She reviewed it and quickly returned stating she could get it dismissed. I understand legal issues can be a 50/50 outcome but her demeanor and confident response convinced me. We worked out a deal right there on the spot and thirty minutes later my driving infraction was dismissed.
Sean L. - Maple Valley, WA I've used Jeannie's services for 4 traffic tickets over the past 12 months and all infractions were dismissed due to her hard work and diligence. Jeannie's definately the best and I will use her services whenever called for. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
You represented me last year in a DUI case (which you totally won because you are the absolute BEST! :) L.B.
